Bookings are from Sunday to Sunday.

The period of hire will be from 1600 on
the day of arrival to 1100 on the day of departure.

A deposit of £100 is required on booking.
The balance for the let will be required at least four weeks
before the date of entry. The deposit will not be refunded
if there is a cancellation. The full payment cannot be
refunded if the cancellation is within four weeks of the
start of the let, unless it is possible to re-let which we
will do our best to achieve.

Rates include electricity and bed linen.

The maximum occupancy of the Lodge is
eight people.

One well behaved dog is allowed by prior
arrangement at an extra cost of £20 per week. It must not be
left unattended in the Lodge and it is not allowed on beds
or furniture. Any dog waste must be removed from the garden
area.

Smoking is not permitted within the
Lodge.

The property must be left in a clean and
tidy condition, with the beds stripped.

The owners reserve the right to refuse
entry and to remove anyone not complying with the conditions
of let or conducting themselves in an inappropriate manner.
