Location

Ballindalloch is situated between the banks of the River Spey and the Cairngorm National Park. There is a well supplied village shop with post office and petrol station.

The Delnashaugh Hotel, which is just over one mile away, serves fine Scottish food and a variety of real ales and whiskies. Cragganmore House which is a 5 minute walk away serves evening meals, and the villages of Aberlour, Grantown on Spey, and Tomintoul have a variety of restaurants and bars.

The Moray Coast, Aberdeenshire and the Cairngorm National Park are all within easy touring distance.

Air links connect London, Glasgow, Edinburgh with both Aberdeen and Inverness. Intercity trains from London and other parts of the U.K. stop at Aviemore where car hire is readily available.
